Sometimes it’s helpful to have someone to turn to when it comes to safe exercise during pregnancy, that’s where we can help.
At Mommy Fit we have a great solution; we’ll come to you! We incorporate simple and safe exercises that include your little one. This way not only are you getting a workout but baby is being stimulated and you aren’t missing out on any bonding time. We bring basic equipment with us such as exercise balls, light weights and resistant bands and then use things around the house such as pillows for certain exercises.

Our Fitness Consultation and Program Design address what you are looking to get out of each session. Running a household is a lot of work and sometimes can overshadow the time we need to stay in shape and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. We put a program together based on what areas you are looking to strengthen and what you want to get out of our time together. Whether it is flexibility, toning or muscle strength our job is to make sure you are doing it safely and correctly all the while meeting your goals. Our Fitness Consultation and Program Design include a Nutrition Guide, Personalized Fitness Program Analysis, and Core Assessment, 30 minute workout, Q & A time and a Current Fitness Analysis.
Mommy Personal Training Session (60 min)
Whether you have been trying to get rid of those extra pounds that have crept up on you over the years or you’d like to maintain a healthy active lifestyle our Certified Personal Trainer will design a program that specifically meets your needs. We will work closely with you to improve the areas you want and help you reach your goals. Each session is 60 minutes and includes an analysis of your current program and program design. Your personal trainer will help motivate you and guide you safely through your workout.
