Postnatal
At Mommy Fit we have a great solution; we’ll come to you! We incorporate simple and safe exercises that include your little one. This way not only are you getting a workout but baby is being stimulated and you aren’t missing out on any bonding time. We bring basic equipment with us such as exercise balls, light weights and resistant bands and then use things around the house such as pillows for certain exercises.
Boot Camps
Are a great way to kick it in to high gear and get ready for bikini season! We have early morning and evening camps that are 3 weeks long so you have the option of fitting in a work out around your busy schedule. See our Boot camp section for more information and our calendar.
Group Classes
Is a great way to interact with other moms and get a work out at the same time. We have a variety of different classes for you to choose from and the best part is most of them include bringing baby, or if you’d rather have a baby break we have classes without baby also. Personal Training Programs
Your first session is more of a consultation. We go over what your goals are, what you want to achieve and what you expect out of us. We’ll put together a workout plan and basic nutrition plan together and make sure we come up with a plan that’s realistic that will work for you and your lifestyle. Prenatal Fitness
Finding our that your expecting is an exciting time, but along with it can come fear and anxiety when it comes to exercise and making sure you aren’t putting you or your baby at risk. Sometimes it’s helpful to have someone to turn to when it comes to safe exercise during pregnancy, that’s where we can help.
Prenatal Fitness Consultation and Program Design (70min)
Our Fitness Consultation and Program Design address what you are looking to get out of each session. Since every pregnancy is unique we customize our programs to work specifically for you. We put a program together based on what areas you are looking to strengthen. Whether it is flexibility, toning certain body parts, muscle strength or continuing a fitness lifestyle while pregnant and ensuring you are doing it safely and correctly. Our fitness programs are designed to meet your goals and include a nutrition guide, Personalized Prenatal Fitness Program and analysis, 30 minute workout, Q & A time and a current fitness analysis.

Prenatal Personal Training Session (60 min)
Prenatal Personal Training Sessions are designed to help you feel more confident about exercising safely while pregnant with the assistance of a recognized Certified Pre & Post Natal Fitness Specialist. Our Personal Trainer will design a program that specifically meets your needs and will work with you to improve and adjust them as your pregnancy progresses. Each session is 60 minutes and includes an analysis of your current program and program design. Your personal trainer will help motivate you and guide you safely through your workout.
