Finding our that your expecting is an exciting time, but along with it can come fear and anxiety when it comes to exercise and making sure you aren’t putting you or your baby at risk. Sometimes it’s helpful to have someone to turn to when it comes to safe exercise during pregnancy, that’s where we can help.
Are a great way to kick it in to high gear and get ready for bikini season! We have early morning and evening camps that are 3 weeks long so you have the option of fitting in a work out around your busy schedule. See our Boot camp section for more information and our calendar.
Is a great way to interact with other moms and get a work out at the same time. We have a variety of different classes for you to choose from and the best part is most of them include bringing baby, or if you’d rather have a baby break we have classes without baby also. Personal Training Programs
Your first session is more of a consultation. We go over what your goals are, what you want to achieve and what you expect out of us. We’ll put together a workout plan and basic nutrition plan together and make sure we come up with a plan that’s realistic that will work for you and your lifestyle. Postnatal Fitness Consultation and Program Design (70 min)
Our Fitness Consultation and Program Design address what you are looking to get out of each session. After experiencing Pregnancy & childbirth your body has gone through a variety of different changes both chemically and physically. Exercise has been proven to be a successful way to make your postpartum recovery smoother. We put a program together based on what areas you are looking to strengthen. Whether it is flexibility, toning or muscle strength our job is ensuring you are doing it safely and correctly for maximum results. Our Fitness Consultation and Programs are designed to meet your goals and include a nutrition guide, Personalized Postnatal Fitness Program analysis, Core Assessment, 30 minute workout, Q & A time and a current fitness analysis.
Postnatal Personal Training Session (60 min)
Postnatal Personal Training Sessions are designed to help you feel more confident about exercising safely and effectively on those hard to target areas after childbirth. Our Certified Pre & Post Natal Fitness Specialist will design a program that specifically meets your needs and will work closely with you to improve the areas you want to improve and help you reach your goals. Each session is 60 minutes and includes an analysis of your current program and program design. Your personal trainer will help motivate you and guide you safely through your workout.

Postnatal Fitness Consultation + 3 Sessions
When you purchase this package your Postnatal Fitness Consultation is complimentary. This package includes one Postnatal Fitness Consultation and three postnatal personal training sessions. Sessions can be used weekly, monthly or by trimester.
