Boot Camp
Our Mommy Fit Boot camp is a great solution for the working mom or the mom who simply just needs a baby break for an hour to rejuvenate. Our Boot Camp is designed to incorporate flexibility, strength, cardio and circuit training. Our goal is to maximize toning and firm those areas that just need a little extra attention. With motivational support and a team attitude our Boot camp is for all fitness levels and each day will slightly increase intensity to help give you maximum results.

Personal Training Programs
Our Personal Trainer customizes a program for your needs. We go over what your goals are, what you want to achieve and what you expect out of us. We’ll put together a workout plan and basic nutrition plan together and make sure we come up with a plan that’s realistic & will work for you and your lifestyle. The best part is we we’re mobile for your convenience. We’ll come to your home, favorite outdoor spot or office. No need to worry about childcare or membership fees.”

Group Classes

We have a variety of classes for you to choose from. Our classes are a great way to connect with local moms and most of our classes include baby which allows you to work out and still interact with baby.

Mommy Abs
Flatten & tone up that tummy and bring baby along. This class is a great 30minute workout that focuses on strengthening your core to help you tackle the everyday tasks and chasing after the kids.

Prenatal Fitness
Is a class that is specially designed for the pregnant woman. With a variety of different exercises this class is a combination of flexibility with some strength and endurance training to help prepare you for labor and relieve some of the discomforts that come along with being pregnant. This class is a duration of 45minutes long.

Hot Mama Full Body with Baby 
Is a class that get’s you back in shape safely by easing your body back in to it.  This class is baby friendly and is designed to incorporate some exercises with baby in a safe and fun manner. With a combination cardio, performing functional strength training exercises using your own weight, baby’s weight and resistance bands this is great class to get your energy levels back up and a work out from head to toe. This is the ideal class for 6weeks to 6months postpartum, an excellent start to exercise after a caesarean birth or moms with older babies just getting back in to exercise, or if you have low back pain. This is a 30 minute class.

Hot Mama Full Body Fitness Baby Free
This program is a one hour baby-free class and focuses on toning and tightening your whole body head to toe. Our Hot Mama Full Body class is designed to whip you back in to gear to help you get that body you want and deserve. We focuses on strength, endurance and core training with some flexibility exercises to finish it off with free weights, resistance bands and cardio. This class is designed to be a faster-paced program and is a great all-around work out and perfect excuse for just mommy time.

StrollerFit
Is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and get some exercise. With a great combination of Power Walking with your stroller, strength training designed for your whole body through resistance bands, free weights and using your baby for functional training  you will target those hard areas and leave feeling toned, refreshed and energized. This one hour program is designed for moms with baby ages 8weeks to 2 years of age.
