Group Classes
Is a great way to interact with other moms and get a work out at the same time. We have a variety of different classes for you to choose from and the best part is most of them include bringing baby, or if you’d rather have a baby break we have classes without baby also. See our Classes section for more information and our calendar.

Personal Training Programs
Our Personal Trainer customizes a program for your needs. We go over what your goals are, what you want to achieve and what you expect out of us. We’ll put together a workout plan and basic nutrition plan together and make sure we come up with a plan that’s realistic & will work for you and your lifestyle. The best part is we we’re mobile for your convenience. We’ll come to your home, favorite outdoor spot or office. No need to worry about childcare or membership fees.

Boot Camp

Because sometimes we need a little “ME” time.
Our Mommy Fit Boot camp is a great solution for the working mom or the mom who simply just needs a baby break for an hour to rejuvenate. Our Boot Camp is designed to incorporate flexibility, strength, cardio and circuit training. Our goal is to maximize toning and firm those areas that just need a little extra attention. With motivational support and a team attitude our Boot camp is for all fitness levels and each day will slightly increase intensity to help give you maximum results.

Each day will be slightly more challenging and different. We train outside and you have the choice of a 4 day, 3 day or 2 day program for all of our class dates. Boot camps start in April and runs through till mid September.

Please bring with you;

- Water Bottle
- Yoga Mat
- Wear proper fitness gear weather dependent
- Comfortable running shoes
- A great attitude

Please come on time as classes start right away.

Schedule & Rates

Our Boot camps are a 3 week program and classes run from 6:30am-7:30am or 6:30pm-7:30pm Monday-Thursday.

4 Days a week program (12 Sessions): $211.00 – At 12% discount


3 Day a week program (9 Sessions): $162.00 – At 10% discount

2 Day a week program (6 Sessions): $120.00
