We have a variety of different classes for you to choose from and the best part is most of them include bringing baby, or if you’d rather have a baby break we have classes without baby also. Personal Training Programs
Our Personal Trainer customizes a program for your needs. We go over what your goals are, what you want to achieve and what you expect out of us. We’ll put together a workout plan and basic nutrition plan together and make sure we come up with a plan that’s realistic & will work for you and your lifestyle. The best part is we we’re mobile for your convenience. We’ll come to your home, favorite outdoor spot or office. No need to worry about childcare or membership fees.
How We Started
If you’re pregnant and want to stay active during your pregnancy but want to make sure you do it safely and effectively, if you’ve just had your baby and need help getting rid of that extra weight that just won’t disappear, or if you simply have put your self aside for years due to raising a family and realized that somehow you gained weight and now it’s time to get rid of it. Or maybe you’d just like to maintain your healthy active lifestyle but would like to try something new and need some help on ideas and motivation we’re here to help.
Our objective is to help identify what you need in order to make yourself feel better about you. You may be looking for a new challenge, time for yourself or maybe you want to lose that last 10 pounds you’ve been struggling with or maybe those 30+lbs you can’t seem to figure out how to get rid of. If that’s the case then our programs are for you. We have a variety of options and for all fitness levels we can help. We also know what it’s like to want to stay active during a pregnancy but sometimes not knowing where to turn and what exercises are safe can put you at a halt, that’s where we come in.
